The company was founded by a group of experienced experts and entrepreneurs from US and China, its technology team has attracted talents from various scientific fields including medicinal chemistry, analytical chemistry, process chemistry, PK/PD, toxicology, formulation and protein-engineering. The company relies on the world first-class technology and research methods and devotes itself to the R&D of “Anti-tumor drug innovation”.

The company set up “Drug R&D Center” in Henan Normal University in 2009, the center has 10 labs with advanced equipment: the world advanced Waters HPLC-MS and HPLC equipment, GC equipment, NMR equipment, microbial fermentation tank, molecular distillation equipment, and other large analysis experimental instruments, which can reach to the requirement of new medicine pharmaceutical research. The center had already been chosen as “Xinxiang City Chemical Pharmaceutical Engineering Technology Center”, and was approved as “Henan Engineering Laboratory of Chemical Pharmaceuticals & Bio-medical Materials” by Henan Province Development and Reform Commission in September 2012.
